To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. We only provide replacements. Please go through the eligibility criteria below.
Replacement Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you receive a defective or
damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will be happy
to provide a replacement for the product.
To be eligible for a replacement, please ensure:
● You notify us within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp, with a video of the package
while opening the package and images of the damaged item.
● The product is unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Policy (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds. Once an order is placed, we are unable to process any refund
requests. If there are any issues with your order, please follow our replacement policy.
